About Vcphcs Xii, Llc

Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is a major provider of outpatient programs for substance use treatment, working with referral partners to help people recover from opioid addiction. Using evidence-based methods, BHG combines medication-assisted treatment (MAT), individual and group counseling, and coordinated wraparound supports. The services are designed around each person’s objectives and the specific stage of their recovery journey.

With 114 treatment centers in 22 states, BHG is the largest Joint Commission-accredited outpatient treatment network in the United States. This size helps the organization apply standardized best practices across its sites, reaching more than 43,000 patients each day. Follow-up results indicate that 92% of patients report better quality of life and mental well-being, 83% note reduced substance use, and 45% obtain employment during their first year of care.

BHG is also one of the 4.2% of treatment organizations nationwide that provides all three FDA-approved medications for opioid use disorder. At participating locations, these medications are delivered alongside counseling and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). BHG’s whole-person model is focused on improving retention in treatment, lowering opioid use, reducing risky behaviors, and supporting sustainable long-term recovery.
