About The Meadows Outpatient Center - Denver

Set among the Rocky Mountains, The Meadows Outpatient Center - Denver provides care for addiction, trauma, mental health concerns, and co-occurring conditions through a 4-week partial hospitalization program (PHP) or an 8-week intensive outpatient program (IOP). The Meadows Model blends cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), structured group sessions, neurofeedback, somatic experiencing, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), 12-Step guidance, and an ongoing wellness focus. The PHP runs 5–6 hours each day, five days a week, while the IOP offers 15–20 hours of services weekly, with both daytime and evening schedules available.

The clinical team is trained in Post-Induction Therapy (PIT) and participates in intensive experiential training designed to support trauma treatment. The Meadows emphasizes advanced, evidence-informed approaches to help clients work through the underlying causes of trauma and addictive disorders within a supportive, safe environment. The program’s purpose is to help patients build the strength to address painful topics, process grief and loss, recover from emotional trauma, and take responsibility for their emotions, actions, and long-term recovery.

In addition, The Meadows provides its intensive outpatient program (IOP) through a convenient, flexible virtual option, enabling individuals to access treatment while staying at home. The Meadows is Joint Commission accredited and works with most major insurance plans.
