About EDCare Denver

EDCare Denver is a warm, gender-inclusive rehabilitation center focused on care for eating disorders in adolescents and adults. The main office and inpatient program are situated close to the scenic Cherry Creek area. EDCare Denver emphasizes experiential approaches and a whole mind-body recovery process, supporting clients in rebuilding contact with their true selves. Services include dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), nutrition groups, as well as multifamily and process groups. Experiential options feature yoga, movement-based work and psychodrama, art therapy, and cooking classes. The center supports individuals with bulimia, binge eating, and other specified feeding or eating disorders (OSEFED). EDCare Denver also provides specialized programming such as tracks for athletes, substance use, binge eating, and trauma through its PHP and IOP offerings.

EDCare Denver is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The center acknowledges differences in access and quality of care affecting Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those who are in larger bodies. Their goal is to deliver skilled, high-quality treatment that reflects the needs of their diverse client population.

EDCare Denver provides residential services for adults, along with partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), evening intensive outpatient (EIOP), and outpatient care. The clinical office includes bright, comfortable therapy spaces, along with a dedicated dining area. Nearby, the Connections House offers a home-like setting with roomy common areas for living, dining, and recreation, including shared bedrooms. This facility can support up to 13 clients at a time. EDCare Denver works with a range of public and private insurance plans and is accredited by The Joint Commission.
