Clients can participate in individual counseling, family therapy, neurofeedback, music therapy, mindfulness and meditation practices, psychiatry, and medication management, as well as other supportive services. The program also offers advanced options for treatment-resistant conditions, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD, with transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and ketamine therapy available. In addition, the outpatient location includes vibroacoustic therapy, using low-frequency sound stimulation and calming music to support a natural, holistic path to healing. Gentle vibrational frequencies help create a relaxing therapeutic setting that encourages the body to settle and recover.

Treatment plans are developed by experienced master’s-level clinicians and mental health professionals, ensuring care is tailored to each client’s goals, with a strong focus on involving family whenever appropriate. With multiple residential programs in the region, Montare Outpatient delivers three step-down levels of outpatient support within a multidisciplinary model of care. The partial hospitalization program (PHP) is the most intensive option, with clients typically attending structured programming 5 to 7 days per week. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) requires fewer days, usually 3 to 5 days per week. The final option is standard outpatient care, offering the least structure, with attendance of about 1 to 2 days per week.
