Inneractions Outpatient provides treatment for adults dealing with addiction, mental health challenges, or co-occurring disorders, offering different levels of outpatient care as well as sober living options. The program is structured to meet the needs of a wide variety of clients and conditions, with the goal of matching each person to the most appropriate care for their situation. Through individual counseling, process groups, and family therapy, clients work to rebuild relationships and develop insight as they move through recovery. Programming includes three 4-week sessions completed within at least a 90-day period. Clients participate in three 1-hour group sessions each day, plus weekly family sessions. Because the schedule is designed to be adaptable, participants can continue working and following their daily routines while enrolled.
At Inneractions, outpatient services combine flexibility with a full range of clinical support and are offered at varying levels of care, including integration of treatment into everyday life. The partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) include medical oversight, one-on-one therapy, and group-based programming, creating a comprehensive approach that addresses both substance use and mental health. The focus of these outpatient tracks includes family involvement and support, building practical life skills, and developing coping strategies in a structured environment that promotes healing. Traditional outpatient services (OP) are also available for continued care after initial treatment.
In addition, Inneractions offers sober living designed to give residents peer encouragement, understanding, and specialized support within a supportive community setting. Two gender-specific homes are located in quiet residential areas and provide amenities such as a heated pool and hot tub, semi-private rooms, fully equipped kitchens, laundry facilities, multiple flat-screen TVs, and spacious outdoor areas. Residents can feel confident receiving quality care in a safe, private setting.
Also confirm the facility is licensed by California (this facility reports accreditation). If you are withdrawing from alcohol or benzodiazepines, ask about medical detox; do not stop suddenly on your own.
Inneractions Outpatient did not report which payment types it accepts. If you have Medicaid, ask whether the facility accepts your California Medicaid plan or can refer you to one that does. Most private plans must cover substance use treatment on terms comparable to other medical care under federal parity law.
