Clear Life Recoveryworks to help clients calm their thoughts, heal their bodies, and rediscover direction. Evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and SMART Recovery meetings help individuals break through challenges on the path to sobriety. In addition, engaging activities including fitness training, art and music therapy, equine sessions, and nature outings reinforce new habits, improve stress regulation, and strengthen community ties as treatment plans are tailored by clinicians. The residential setting offers shared rooms and comfortable lounge spaces that create a peaceful home base. Well-kept bathrooms and nutritious meals prepared with chef support help clients feel settled and cared for. Guests can use fitness areas and quiet spots for reading or reflection, and they can unwind near the pool. Staff also organize beach and park outings and manage travel details, so clients return to sessions feeling refreshed and focused. After completing the residential phase, Clear Life Recoverycontinues with step-down guidance and accountability.
