About Lightfully Carlsbad Teen Outpatient

Lightly Carlsbad Teen Outpatient provides mental health services for teenagers aged 12 to 17 who are facing psychological and emotional challenges. The center offers two levels of care: a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). Each option is built to deliver personalized, research-informed treatment that supports the whole individual. Care is provided through a combination of individual, group, and family therapy. Clients typically attend 1 to 2 individual therapy sessions each week, participate in group sessions daily, and also take part in multiple family therapy meetings. Lightly is also known for applying process-focused therapy to help clients address their concerns in a tailored way. Rather than primarily targeting symptoms or diagnoses, this method considers the client’s personal patterns and the ways different life processes are connected. The center’s compassionate, whole-person approach is used to treat issues such as depression or mood difficulties, anxiety, personality-related challenges, and trauma-related conditions. Lightly Carlsbad Teen Outpatient is accredited by the Joint Commission and works with most major insurance plans.
