About Aspire Behavioral Health

Aspire Behavioral Health provides short-term intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) services for people dealing with serious mental health symptoms. The programs are created for individuals who face behavioral or emotional challenges but do not need, or no longer need, the continuous structure of inpatient or a higher-intensity psychiatric program.

Aspire’s Behavioral Health IOP focuses on stabilizing psychiatric symptoms in a short-term format while supporting participants in maintaining an independent daily routine. The main component of treatment is small-group therapy, which runs three days per week for three hours each day, along with scheduled one-on-one sessions with an Aspire clinician. Clinical care is delivered using a holistic framework, combining evidence-based therapeutic methods with additional experiential approaches such as animal therapy, art therapy, mindfulness-based work, meditation, yoga, and music therapy.

For those who require a higher level of psychiatric support, Aspire’s PHP offers a more intensive and structured option, delivered until individuals are prepared to step down to IOP services.

Aspire’s Adolescent IOP is tailored to adolescents ages 12–17 who are experiencing behavioral health concerns or an overwhelming crisis. The program is designed to be short-term so young people can continue attending school and keep much of their normal routine. It works to help adolescents manage depression, stress, and anxiety, while teaching practical coping skills for regulating emotions and building confidence to take care of themselves more effectively.

In addition to core outpatient services, Aspire Behavioral Health also offers therapeutic classes. These may be attended online or in person and include mindfulness meditation, gentle yoga, HealthRHYTHMS Group Empowerment Drumming, as well as teen and adult alumni groups. The classes are intended to strengthen self-awareness, lower stress and anxiety, reduce depression symptoms, and support greater positivity and social connection.
