About Trivium LLC

The counseling center operates in three locations: two sites in Sun Prairie, WI and one in Janesville, WI. It provides a range of outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services, such as adolescent day treatment, psychiatry, individual substance use therapy, and group and outpatient counseling for people of all ages. In addition to clinical care, the center runs school-based programs for adolescents who need support with social, emotional, and behavioral health. These programs focus on teaching mood regulation strategies, healthy coping skills for managing distress, and ways to recognize possible obstacles, including trauma and major life changes. The adolescent day treatment program is designed either as a step down after residential care or as an added, more intensive counseling option in a structured environment beyond what weekly private therapy offers.
