About Mooring Programs Inc

Located in downtown Appleton, Casa Clare is a residential treatment center designed specifically for women. The center offers staff support 24/7. Residents can choose private or shared rooms, and the facility includes on-site laundry, a large backyard, an outdoor fire pit, and a volleyball court.

Apricity delivers a full range of services and a supportive recovery community for people facing substance use disorders. Its approach to care combines individual counseling, group therapy, and employment support. The AODA/Mental Health counselors draw on their own firsthand experiences with substance use and recovery, along with professional training and insight, to develop recovery plans tailored to each person.

The main focus is to help clients rebuild confidence and move toward a healthier future. Over time, they establish a structured daily routine and become more capable of handling everyday challenges. After completing initial treatment, additional support is available, and clients can also look into job opportunities at Apricity Contract Packaging sites in Neenah and Milwaukee.
