About Wise Path Recovery Centers
Wise Path is an outpatient dual-diagnosis center focused on helping adults who struggle with substance use disorders alongside mental health conditions. Using a holistic, evidence-informed approach, the program supports people dealing with addiction and chemical dependence related to alcohol, opioids, cocaine, methamphetamine, and other stimulants. A comprehensive evaluation process is used to explore potential co-occurring disorders that may contribute to or drive substance use. At Wise Path Recovery, experienced staff are able to assess and treat a wide range of mental health concerns, including bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Wise Path’s outpatient services offer multiple evidence-based therapies provided by qualified clinical professionals. In addition to addiction-focused care, they use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing. Treatment is tailored to each person, addressing both substance misuse and underlying mental health needs. When co-occurring conditions are present, care may include psychiatric medication management, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and additional resources such as peer support, coping-skills training, counseling, and education about addiction.
Their intensive outpatient program (IOP) is designed to fit different schedules, offering morning and evening options with 3 hours of programming each day, five days per week. The IOP typically includes group and individual therapy, medication management, substance monitoring, and family therapy. Case management helps individuals step down to less intensive care when appropriate, connecting them with community supports such as self-help groups, occupational therapy, and career counseling to strengthen long-term recovery.
