About Sundown M Ranch
Nestled in a picturesque ranch environment, Sundown M Ranch offers rehabilitation services for individuals grappling with substance use disorders and accompanying mental health issues. The facility is designed to house 100 adults and 60 adolescents for residential programs, while outpatient services cater to 30-50 clients at any given time. Typically, adults stay for around 20 days, whereas adolescents may remain for up to 45 days. Sundown M Ranch employs a range of evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI), as well as individual and group therapy, equine-assisted therapy, family counseling, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). The center also offers classes that cover parenting skills, life skills, and educational programs for adolescents. A dedicated team of over 150 staff members maintains a client-to-staff ratio of 2:1. Sundown M Ranch holds CARF accreditation and accepts a variety of major insurance plans.
Spanning 35 acres, the campus includes buildings with private accommodations and shared bathrooms. Facilities feature a lecture hall, conference room, and a spacious 7,000 square foot gym equipped with basketball and volleyball courts. Meals are provided cafeteria-style in a large dining area and are crafted by a nutrition expert to ensure clients receive balanced diets.
