About Lifeline Connections
Lifeline Connections Crisis Wellness Center in Vancouver, Washington provides short-term stabilization for people facing urgent behavioral health crises. The center offers a caring, secure setting aimed at improving residents’ day-to-day well-being and strengthening coping skills for future crises. Support is available around the clock, so help can be provided immediately when it’s needed.
Its Crisis Residential Services are an alternative to inpatient hospitalization, creating a structured environment where individuals are involved in their own treatment planning. This approach supports empowerment and helps build resilience. The Involuntary Treatment Act (ITA) Inpatient program is a 16-bed unit that delivers behavioral health services to individuals who are detained under an involuntary hold related to a mental health or substance use disorder. Referrals to the ITA program are submitted by Designated Crisis Responders (DCRs), who can authorize detention of individuals experiencing a crisis.
