LifeStance Health operates across multiple locations and provides care through a national team of licensed psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, and nurse practitioners. Services address a wide range of mental health and substance use challenges through both face-to-face and virtual private therapy. In its Bothell, Washington office, LifeStance offers support for conditions such as mental illness, process addictions, grief and major life changes, postpartum depression, and other related concerns.
At the Bothell location, LifeStance works with highly rated clinicians who treat individuals of all ages using care plans tailored to each client. Treatment covers a broad set of mental health diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma-related concerns, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. The center also provides help for substance addictions involving drugs or alcohol, along with process addictions such as eating disorders and hoarding. For adolescents, therapy may include support for school avoidance. Gender-focused and specialized services are available, including care for men’s or women’s specific concerns, psychosis, postpartum depression or anxiety, couples counseling, grief, insomnia, and behavioral challenges in childhood.
Personalized care at LifeStance is coordinated by a multidisciplinary team made up of board-certified professionals and social workers. Plans may include evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based stress reduction, and solution-focused therapy. When working with children or teens, the team may also incorporate other research-informed methods such as narrative therapy or play therapy.
Depending on individual needs, clients and families can access adult psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry or therapy, as well as group or family therapy. LifeStance also supports new parents who may be coping with a difficult transition, mental health concerns, or sleep difficulties. Along with counseling and psychiatric services, the Bothell office offers neuropsychological testing and additional psychological assessments.
Full mental health services are available Monday through Friday, five days per week, with options for both virtual and in-person appointments. LifeStance Health accepts most major insurance plans.
