About Lakeside Milam Kirkland Outpatient

Lakeside-Milam Recovery Centers (LMRC) delivers addiction and mental health services across nine locations in Western Washington, providing a complete continuum of care for people who want treatment in a caring, community-based environment. The Kirkland outpatient clinic, close to Seattle, offers comprehensive clinical evaluations, an intensive outpatient program, and an individualized aftercare plan tailored to each client’s needs. In Kirkland, LMRC provides an outpatient program for men and women who do not require inpatient residential treatment or withdrawal management. Each participant receives a personalized treatment approach based on their circumstances, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is available for mild to moderate alcohol or opioid dependence. Programming may include life skills training, group and individual therapy, and case management, with a strong focus on educating and involving families. Clients are encouraged to engage in 12-Step recovery activities to support long-term connection and community accountability. Since 1983, Lakeside-Milam Recovery Centers has served more than 100,000 people and maintains an active alumni network. The center holds a free quarterly alumni dinner and speaker event for former clients. It also hosts an annual summer picnic featuring food, games, face painting, raffles, and live music. Additional opportunities to stay connected include private Facebook groups and an alumni app. LMRC is CARF-accredited and works with most major insurance plans.
