About White House Health Systems

Located just steps from the historic Hampton Carousel, White House Health Systems helps individuals manage depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and substance use disorder (SUD). Support is provided in multiple formats, including in-home services, outpatient counseling, and a structured intensive outpatient program (IOP) that allows clients to maintain their routines while still receiving consistent treatment and staying close to family and friends.

Healing is guided through group therapy, mindfulness therapy (MT), and practical life-skills coaching. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), anger management, and involvement of family members are also promoted to strengthen emotional resilience, enhance communication, and support clients in regaining a sense of control over their recovery.

Beyond outpatient and IOP options, White House Health Systems provides a broad spectrum of behavioral and mental health services, such as Mobile Crisis Response, Community Stabilization, Residential Crisis Stabilization, and Intensive In-Home Services. Programs including “I Counsel,” parent support groups, and mental health skill-building are designed to meet the needs of both individuals and families. The center is CARF-accredited, highlighting its integrated approach for people dealing with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions.

Access to care is made easier with available transportation and acceptance of Medicaid. Whether treatment takes place in the comfort of home or in shared group settings, the center focuses on creating an environment where people can heal safely, feel supported, and know they are not facing their challenges alone.
