Lionrock partners with every client in the recovery process, helping them build the hard-earned freedom that comes with overcoming substance and alcohol addiction. They are convinced that the guidance clients are searching for is already inside them, and they use online treatment to support clients in discovering who they are at their strongest and most capable. The center provides outpatient and intensive outpatient services, offering both group and one-on-one therapy sessions according to an individualized schedule.
Lionrock’s approach combines group and individual therapy to bring the advantages of each into balance. In group therapy, clients participate in a structured, supportive setting where facilitators introduce information, teach practical coping skills, and help members practice healthier ways of thinking and behaving while encouraging one another. Individual therapy takes place weekly, usually with a primary counselor, and focuses on personal concerns, monitors progress, offers case management, and coordinates discharge planning.
Lionrock’s outpatient (OP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs are designed to be flexible, allowing clients to continue managing everyday responsibilities. OP provides 16 hours of care each month, typically including two 90-minute group meetings and one individual session weekly, with an emphasis on skills that support sobriety in real life. IOP offers 40 hours per month, including three weekly group sessions lasting three hours each, along with individual, educational, and family sessions.
Lionrock also aims to expand access to care for people who may face barriers to traditional treatment, including those with disabilities, demanding work schedules, children, or legal requirements. With sessions delivered from home, clients often feel more comfortable at the start of treatment, which can make it easier to open up. There is no travel, less stress about being seen, and scheduling that can better fit work, family, and time away.
