Days can start with a quiet walk around the scenic pond or time by the waterfall with a book and a hot cup of coffee. The on-site gym, sauna, and yoga sessions offer additional opportunities to cultivate calm, focus, and mindfulness. In the evenings, clients can come together around the fire pit to connect through thoughtful conversation and bring the day to a meaningful close.

With free lifetime aftercare, the program serves as a bridge between structured treatment and everyday life.
