Located in Seminyak on Bali’s western shore, The Place Retreats is a secluded private retreat designed as a peaceful hideaway for guests who want to Recover, Revive, and Renew. The moment you arrive at this lush island sanctuary, experienced therapists and practitioners support you with structured psychotherapy, meditation, yoga, and body-based care.

Since opening in 2015, The Place Retreats has built a strong reputation for high-quality support and proven results, reflected in many clinical success stories.

The philosophy at The Place Retreats centers on restoring harmony between the Heart and the Mind. When that connection becomes weak or disconnected, people may feel overwhelmed, anxious, low, or emotionally shut down. By rebuilding the link between feeling and thinking, deeper routes to healing become available, helping you develop new healthy beliefs, behaviors, and habits.

This is delivered through an intensive blend of psychotherapy, daily Kundalini and meditation, weekly Yin Yoga, hypnotherapy, and complementary wellness therapies, including cranio-sacral therapy, acupuncture, and massage.

Throughout the programme, you will gain tools at the physical, emotional, and mental levels—techniques you can use to support your own healing—so you can begin again with clarity, refreshed, and more aligned with the person you were meant to be.

A key strength of The Place Retreats lies in addressing the underlying causes of mental and emotional distress. Everyone carries earlier experiences and traumas that can contribute to anxiety, depression, eating disorders, chronic stress, emptiness, and the many ways people cope by numbing pain.

Here, a safe and compassionate space is created so you can revisit your past experiences, understand them from a place of inner strength, and gradually release what no longer serves you. With responsibilities lifted, meals, transport, and daily activities are arranged by our team, giving you the time and room you need to step away from everyday stress and move forward with clear, well-supported guidance.
