Mind Body Waco delivers personalized, high-quality care in a supportive, engaging outpatient setting. Along with one-on-one counseling, the center provides advanced therapies such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), which may be used to help with issues including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Mind Body Waco also offers multiple outpatient options to match the level of support each client needs. The outpatient track supports individuals dealing with substance use disorders while helping them continue their everyday responsibilities. The day treatment program (PHP) offers a more structured form of care for those who require increased supervision and support. They further provide an intensive outpatient program (IOP), which serves as a transition between PHP and standard outpatient services.
