In addition, Nōmina Wellness provides an 8-week daytime treatment program (PHP). Clients receive classes, clinical resources, and support while still managing daily responsibilities and continuing to sleep at home. The program may include fitness and lifestyle sessions, weekly psychotherapy appointments, and neurofeedback. The PHP option can also serve as a step after residential care to help clients transition more smoothly. Continued family involvement and 12 months of aftercare follow-up are included.
