About Paradigm Treatment
Paradigm Treatment helps teens address the underlying drivers of mental health and behavioral challenges, so they can move past simple coping and toward real healing. The program is centered on intensive individual and group therapy, with each treatment plan carefully tailored through a detailed intake evaluation. This process is designed to ensure every teen receives the right level of guidance and encouragement to succeed.
At Paradigm, teens have access to a wide range of proven, evidence-based and holistic treatment options that extend beyond typical care. Programs include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), along with nutrition counseling and expressive activities such as art and dance to support overall wellness. With four individual therapy sessions each week, daily group therapy, family therapy, and support from experienced psychiatric professionals, teens receive comprehensive care that promotes durable progress.
The center is designed to feel calm and restorative. Private rooms offer a secure, comfortable space for rest and renewal, while inviting shared areas help teens connect and unwind. On-site amenities include a fitness center, basketball court, art studio, recreation room, and greenhouse. In addition, teens are provided with chef-prepared, nutritious meals to nourish the mind and body.
Paradigm also emphasizes that real outcomes depend on staying supported after treatment. After graduation from the program, teens can continue participating through virtual alumni opportunities and routine check-in sessions. This continued support helps teens stay committed to their goals, strengthen resilience, and build long-lasting relationships that reinforce their recovery.
