About Arise Recovery Centers

Arise Recovery Centers provides adaptable, structured intensive outpatient care that is customized to each person. The clinical team includes master’s-level counselors with advanced training, combining 12-Step guidance with research-backed approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), relapse prevention, and skills-based education.

Programming is offered in both morning and afternoon options. Every client receives one hour of individual counseling each week, plus two family sessions scheduled during the course of treatment. Group therapy occurs three times per week; each group meets for three hours and usually includes about 8 to 12 participants. The intensive outpatient program provides 10 hours of clinical services weekly and typically lasts around eight weeks. If medical detox is required, Arise works with reputable hospitals and detox providers to help clients complete withdrawal in a safe, supportive environment.

The center is based in north central Austin, in the Allandale area, which is a long-established neighborhood known for its blend of residential character and neighborhood businesses. The location is easy to reach from major routes such as Highway 183 and MoPac, supporting convenient access for people across north Austin and nearby suburbs.

Arise Recovery Centers also operates multiple sites across major parts of east Texas, including Dallas, Houston, and Austin. Each location is designed to feel clean and comfortable, creating a setting that promotes recovery. In addition, Arise offers virtual group therapy for individuals throughout Texas, expanding access for those who need care beyond their immediate area.
