About Iris Wellness Group
Iris Wellness supports adolescents, teens, and adults facing substance use disorders and related mental health challenges with caring outpatient services. Their well-rounded approach ensures each client gets the guidance they need through one-on-one counseling, group therapy, experiential modalities, and holistic programming.
Iris Wellness is committed to nurturing the mind, body, and spirit of every person they serve. Treatment plans are individualized and designed around each client’s needs. Additional services they can personalize include aftercare and alumni resources, peer support, and life-skills development. The center’s main focus is to work on the root drivers of addiction and mental health concerns.
Iris Wellness Group provides a short-term intensive outpatient program featuring a comprehensive therapy structure to help stabilize symptoms. This intensive outpatient program (IOP) is designed as a step down from partial hospitalization (PHP), typically including individual and group therapy sessions 3-5 days per week. At the most basic care level, Hope Harbor Wellness offers an Outpatient Program (OP) that includes the option of virtual telehealth sessions.
