Cumberland Heights is an outpatient rehabilitation program built on the 12-step model for adults dealing with alcohol and substance use disorders. The organization operates 15 outpatient locations throughout Tennessee, along with two 12-step immersion retreats and a residential program. The Chattanooga site provides individual IOP on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6 PM to 9 PM, and family IOP is offered on Tuesday evenings from 6 PM to 9 PM.
