On-site, a psychiatric nurse is available to provide counseling and link residents to community support services. Additionally, an addictions support worker is on hand to offer assistance when necessary.

Each resident enjoys a private room equipped with a window, a queen-sized bed, a dresser with a mirror, an end table, a closet, and a Roku TV featuring Netflix. Wi-Fi access extends throughout the house, and clients are allowed to use their mobile phones.
