About Our Home Inc
The Rediscovery Drug & Alcohol Treatment Center at Our Home, Inc. offers a focused treatment program for teenagers aged 12-18 who are dealing with substance use and dependence. The approach is based on the understanding that addiction can worsen over time and interfere with a young person’s growth and future. For that reason, the center aims to provide care and guidance that tackles both substance-related issues and the normal pressures of adolescence.
Treatment is built around structured group therapy sessions, including peer group, step group, education group, a spirituality group (optional), task group, and AA and NA meetings. This model encourages participants to learn from one another and strengthen their recovery through mutual support. Alongside group work, the program also includes individual counseling, recreational activities, school support, and family counseling to promote long-term well-being.
The Rediscovery Program typically runs 45 to 60 days, tailored to each participant’s needs, and a separate 18-day option is available for relapse. While at the center, clients reside in a structured, community-centered setting that emphasizes connection and encouragement. The main objective is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can start building recovery and develop practical skills they can use for life.
