Renfrew is an outpatient facility dedicated to providing a welcoming environment for adolescent girls, women, transgender women, and non-binary individuals located in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. The center emphasizes evidence-based treatment for both clients and their families. Its day treatment program caters to individuals transitioning from residential care or those requiring adaptable yet organized support. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) is tailored for clients needing more comprehensive assistance than standard outpatient services, while the outpatient program offers the option for weekly individual, family, or group therapy sessions.
The day treatment program operates five days a week and encompasses both group and individual therapy, along with medication management, psychiatric assessments, two meals daily, snacks, nutrition therapy, expressive therapies, and psychoeducation. The IOP occurs three times a week and includes nutritional guidance, group therapy, psychiatric services, one meal daily, and psychoeducation. Clients at Renfrew can anticipate receiving support from others facing similar challenges. Each individual benefits from personalized treatment plans that address co-occurring issues such as trauma and substance abuse. All three outpatient programs are available virtually for added convenience.
