About Gaudenzia
Gaudenzia Concept 90 is a long-term residential program with a high level of structure and support designed for adults who are dealing with substance use disorders, including people with co-occurring conditions. The staff delivers care through a range of evidence-based treatment methods, focusing on individualized, whole-person planning. The program is intended for individuals who need more intensive clinical support and medical attention, but do not require inpatient hospitalization. It also provides a complete continuum of services so that participants can stay supported from entry through the different phases of recovery.
At Gaudenzia Concept 90, clients take part in both group and one-on-one therapy sessions. Treatment may include evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational enhancement therapy (MET). The team also offers family support resources, guidance on appropriate outpatient alternatives, and referrals that can help with securing stable housing. Their treatment model is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and gender-responsive, with a commitment to developing care plans that fit each person’s goals, needs, and daily schedule.
