Located near the therapeutic Exton Park, Sanare Today Exton provides care for adolescents and adults in Exton, Coatesville, Thorndale, and other Chester County communities. Services include day treatment and intensive outpatient (IOP) programming for mental health conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, codependency, depression, complicated grief, OCD, PTSD, suicidality, self-harm, and trauma, along with substance use disorders including alcohol and benzodiazepine addiction. Sessions are offered in small groups of up to eight participants and focus on coping strategies, skills building, and ongoing support. Sanare Today also encourages family involvement, including group therapy sessions every few weeks, to reinforce skills and support a better understanding of each person’s recovery.

After outreach, the intake team works to arrange an appointment within 24 hours, and at times patients may be scheduled for therapy the same day.

Sanare Today Exton provides different programming pathways depending on age and level of care. For adults, day treatment runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Adults also have three IOP options: a general track, a trauma-focused track, and a young adults track. The general IOP meets Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. The trauma-focused IOP runs Monday through Friday, with group sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.; on Tuesdays and Thursdays, clients receive trauma-focused individual therapy at times scheduled individually. The young adults IOP is offered Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Teens ages 14 to 17 may participate in day treatment Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. through an adolescent-specific program, or they can join IOP treatment Monday through Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.

Beyond Exton, Sanare Today operates additional sites across the Philadelphia, Lancaster, Wilmington, and Raleigh regions that also provide IOP. Some programs include specialized tracks for women, adolescents, tweens, and LGBTQ+ adults.

Sanare Today uses InSync as its patient portal, allowing clients to view treatment notes during and after their program.
