About Libertae Inc
Liberty House at Libertae supports women in recovering from substance use and related mental health conditions through long-term residential treatment. The program is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs at Levels 3C (long-term residential services for women) and 3C+ (enhanced residential care for women with children). With 24/7 supervision, it offers a structured, women-only environment designed for healing.
Care is delivered using a gender-responsive and trauma-informed framework grounded in proven clinical practices. Treatment may include acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), the Trauma Recovery Empowerment Model (TREM), grief support, and work to strengthen self-esteem. Participants also attend 12-step meetings, engage in conflict-resolution sessions, and may participate in spirituality-focused practices. Licensed clinicians and a consulting psychiatrist develop and guide each woman’s individualized plan based on her needs and abilities.
Residents share rooms within a caring community, and the home includes shared spaces used for group sessions, reflection, and social connection. Recovery is reinforced every day through staff and peer support, helping women build healthy routines, improve relationships, and make consistent progress toward sustainable change.
