About Quest Center for Integrative Health

Quest House is a sober living program designed for LGBTQ+ individuals and clients living with HIV. Based in Portland, Oregon, it offers a stable, caring setting for people moving from inpatient treatment back into everyday life. Quest House is a collaborative effort between Bridges to Change and Quest Center for Integrative Health, with space for nine residents.

The center focuses on treatments backed by research, including mental health care, acupuncture, physical activity, nutrition support, and case management. The program is delivered by a multidisciplinary team that includes licensed clinical psychologists, social workers, addiction counselors, and a Doctor of Chinese Medicine. Their main aim is to build a structured support system that helps residents develop independence, while also providing the practical assistance and guidance they need.

The team also emphasizes the unique challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community, including higher rates of mental health difficulties and an elevated likelihood of homelessness. Quest House works to cultivate a welcoming community and a therapeutic environment that supports healing and long-term recovery.
