The center in the northeast King neighborhood of Portland, Oregon focuses on conditions such as mental illness, process addictions, grief and major life transitions, postpartum depression, and related challenges.

LifeStance works with a team of highly rated clinicians who treat individuals of all ages using individualized treatment plans. Services address common mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. At LifeStance, individualized care is coordinated by a multidisciplinary team of board-certified professionals and social workers working together to tailor each plan. Treatment may involve evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based stress reduction, and solution-focused therapy. Depending on age and needs, providers may also use approaches such as narrative therapy and play therapy for children and adolescents.

Care can be delivered through adult psychiatry services, child and adolescent psychiatry or therapy, groups, or family sessions based on each person’s needs. The center also offers support for new parents adjusting to life changes and dealing with mental health or sleep-related concerns. In addition to therapy, LifeStance provides neuropsychological testing, psychological testing, and evaluations.

Full mental health services are available five days a week, Monday through Friday, both virtually and in person. LifeStance Health accepts most major insurance plans.
