Depending on age and needs, other evidence-based methods like narrative therapy and play therapy may be used for children and adolescents.

Depending on goals and clinical needs, patients and families can take part in adult psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry or therapy, group therapy, and family therapy sessions. The center also provides support for new parents dealing with life transitions, emotional challenges, or sleep-related difficulties. In addition to therapy, LifeStance offers neuropsychological testing, along with psychological testing and evaluations.

Full mental health services are available five days per week, Monday through Friday, with both virtual and in-person appointments. LifeStance Health accepts most major insurance plans.
