About Integrative Treatment Trauma Center Portland

Integrative Treatment Trauma Center (ITTC) offers a structured 3-stage outpatient and virtual program for people of all ages who are working through trauma. In the first stage, clients receive psychoeducation, build a foundation of safety and clear boundaries, and learn practical tools for managing difficult emotions. The second stage includes different therapeutic approaches aimed at processing traumatic experiences. In the third stage, the focus shifts to preparing for what comes next, including future planning and aftercare.

ITTC’s integrative model combines individual psychotherapy, group work, coaching, and reiki. Clinicians at the center bring a range of specialties and experience, using multiple evidence-based and complementary approaches to address trauma and related difficulties. The center supports a wide variety of trauma presentations, including post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), interpersonal trauma, dissociative disorder, dissociative identity disorder (DID), trauma related to sexual assault and sex trafficking (for victims and workers), issues tied to sexual and identity exploration, grief and loss, chronic pain and illness, developmental or childhood trauma, perinatal mental health, trauma within intimate relationships, family trauma, and other related concerns.

Trauma coaching is part of ITTC’s human-centered approach. With a dedicated trauma coach, clients get support throughout their treatment and recovery, building skills to better manage symptoms and strengthen confidence.

Reiki, a Japanese method used to reduce stress, is used alongside practices such as meditation, mindfulness, and restorative yoga to encourage relaxation and healing.

In individual therapy, clients receive integrative trauma care that blends evidence-based and holistic methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), somatic experiencing, motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and other trauma-informed, person-centered strategies.

Group therapy at ITTC includes four distinct programs focused on connection and healing. Participants can choose body connection and movement, which helps bridge mind and body. Psychoeducation groups provide education about trauma and training in healthy coping skills. Process groups offer a supportive space where peers share perspectives, encouragement, feedback, and connection within clear confidentiality guidelines. Skill building groups teach pro-social behaviors designed to meet specific goals and desired outcomes.

Integrative Treatment Trauma Center works with commercial insurance as well as private pay. Rates vary, with individual sessions starting at $155, coaching sessions at $75, and reiki and other bodywork services typically priced between $40 and $140.
