About Crestview Recovery

Crestview Recovery Center focuses on restoring optimism for people who feel they have nothing left. The center supports adults struggling with addiction and mental health challenges through several levels of care, such as residential treatment, day treatment, an intensive outpatient program (IOP) that can be attended in person or online, and general outpatient services. Mental health treatment can be handled as the main concern or alongside addiction, with dedicated outpatient options for mental health support. Crestview was created by a group of friends who were all pursuing recovery themselves, and that original spirit of closeness remains a priority, so clients are treated as individuals rather than numbers.

At Crestview Recovery Center, the goal is to help clients build practical skills they can use to manage recovery in everyday life. Clients work with evidence-based therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT). The program also includes complementary services such as art, music, yoga, mindfulness, 12-Step facilitation, and life skills training. Crestview offers 1:1 therapy, group sessions, and family and couples counseling. The staff, many of whom are also in recovery, view their work as a meaningful commitment and focus on providing caring support. The team includes a medical doctor, psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, licensed therapists, and addiction counselors with 20+ years of professional experience.

Crestview Recovery Center provides care for primary and co-occurring mental health conditions. In addition to residential support, the center offers a separate day treatment program and an IOP specifically designed for mental health recovery. Treatment may include depression, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), dissociative disorders, borderline personality disorder (BPD), trauma, and disordered eating. With individualized planning, clients learn how to change unhelpful thoughts and emotional patterns, work through personal conflicts, and strengthen communication. During residential treatment, mental health is addressed through dual-diagnosis care that supports both addiction and mental health at the same time.

Crestview Recovery emphasizes that progress happens daily, and it prepares clients to move toward everyday life after treatment. Throughout the program, clients practice life skills that support independence, including budgeting, job readiness, effective communication, and respectful interactions. Prior to discharge, the team designs aftercare plans around each person’s needs, since recovery looks different for everyone. Aftercare support can include referrals to additional therapy, connections to medical doctors, or help finding appropriate housing.

The inpatient environment at Crestview Recovery Center is designed to feel welcoming and comfortable rather than intimidating. The program offers two gender-specific houses that reflect the ease and familiarity of home. Both men’s and women’s homes include common areas for relaxing, catered meals, and time to connect in group settings. Clients also have access to an off-site gym and can participate in weekly outings as part of the gender-specific program.
