OnTrack Rogue Valley’s Dad’s Program is a residential, strengths-based treatment option that provides 24/7 support for fathers dealing with a substance use disorder. The program helps fathers stay involved with their children under age 5 by allowing them to live at home while they build essential life and parenting skills. Participants take part in evidence-informed group sessions and wellness-focused activities, and receive coordinated care that connects them with MAT clinics, pharmacies, and other community providers to strengthen their recovery.
Each day starts with a home-cooked breakfast, followed by daily participation in a rotating set of household chores. Residents also join regular community meetings where staff and participants work together to guide and reinforce each person’s progress. Fathers meet consistently with their care team to review accomplishments, address challenges, and prepare for discharge. Dad’s Program is licensed by the Oregon Health Authority and accredited by CARF.
Also confirm the facility is licensed by Oregon. If you are withdrawing from alcohol or benzodiazepines, ask about medical detox; do not stop suddenly on your own.
OnTrack Inc reports accepting Medicaid, Private insurance, Sliding scale, Self-pay. With Oregon Medicaid, treatment is usually covered at little or no cost, though some levels of care need prior authorization. Most private plans must cover substance use treatment on terms comparable to other medical care under federal parity law. A sliding fee scale is available, so bring proof of income.
