About BestCare Treatment Services
The residential program provides care for adults dealing with substance use disorder, including individuals who also experience anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns. Using a whole-person model, the center supports not only recovery from substances but also overall wellness in physical, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social areas. Each participant works with a personalized plan aimed at strengthening stability, maintaining progress, and enabling a substance-free life.
For many clients, treatment starts with medically supervised detox to promote safety and reduce discomfort during withdrawal. Licensed professionals offer round-the-clock monitoring and support in a peaceful environment. As recovery moves forward, clients join one-on-one counseling, participate in group therapy, engage in physical activities, and attend education sessions focused on long-term recovery. When substance use and mental health conditions occur together, the program coordinates treatment to address both needs simultaneously.
Daily programming typically includes counseling sessions, peer support in groups, exercise, and nutritious meals. Clients also practice mindfulness, yoga, and other structured activities that reinforce coping skills and resilience. Toward the later stages, weekend visits, family therapy, and guidance from recovery mentors help clients rebuild connections and transition back to everyday life. Overall, the program offers consistent structure, motivation, and practical strategies to help individuals remain sober and form healthier habits.
