LifeStance Health operates multiple sites and brings together a national team of licensed psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, and nurse practitioners to deliver care for a wide range of mental health and substance use concerns through both in-person and virtual private sessions. The center in west central Oregon offers support for conditions such as mental illness, process addictions, grief and life transitions, postpartum depression, and more.
At LifeStance, clients work with highly trained therapists who focus on many mental health challenges and create customized treatment plans for individuals across age groups. Services address issues including depression, anxiety, ADHD, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Support is also available for substance-related addictions involving drugs or alcohol, as well as process addictions such as eating disorders and hoarding. Care can extend to adolescent school avoidance, and specialized or gender-specific services are offered for topics relevant to men or women. Additional specialty areas include psychosis, postpartum depression or anxiety, couples concerns, grief, insomnia, and behavioral challenges in children.
Treatment at LifeStance is tailored and guided by a multidisciplinary group that works collaboratively, including board-certified clinicians and social workers. Plans may incorporate therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based stress reduction, and solution-focused therapy. Depending on the needs of children and adolescents, evidence-based approaches such as narrative therapy and play therapy may also be used.
Patients and families can access adult psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry or therapy, group sessions, or family therapy when appropriate. The center also supports new parents dealing with adjustments, mental health challenges, or sleep difficulties. Beyond counseling, LifeStance provides neuropsychological testing along with psychological evaluations and assessments.
Full mental health services are offered Monday through Friday, five days per week, with options for both virtual and in-person appointments. LifeStance Health accepts most major insurance providers.
