When appropriate—especially for children and adolescents—additional evidence-based methods like narrative therapy and play therapy may be included.

Depending on the needs of each client, services may include adult psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry or therapy, group therapy, or family therapy. New parents who are struggling with adjustment, mental health symptoms, or sleep problems can also receive support. Alongside therapeutic services, LifeStance offers neuropsychological testing, psychological testing, and clinical evaluations.

Comprehensive mental health services are provided five days per week, Monday through Friday, with options for both virtual and in-person care. LifeStance Health accepts most major insurance plans.
