About Parkman Recovery Center
Located in rural Ohio, Parkman Recovery is a substance use treatment center offering medically appropriate, individualized support. It is part of a larger group of related companies—First Step Recovery, Parkman Recovery Center, and Travco Behavioral Health—united to deliver stronger resources for the local community. Together, they offer outpatient programs for addiction, mental health services, and structured treatment for drug misuse.
The program begins with therapeutic programming such as 12-step meetings and group counseling. Additional services may include psychoeducation to deepen understanding of substance use, as well as family therapy, individual counseling, group therapy, and instruction in practical life skills. In line with a 12-stage model, the center also provides inpatient residential and extended-care options for 30, 60, and 90 days, along with medically supervised detox.
