About Midwest Recovery Center

Wellness Programs Located in a calm, residential area surrounded by nature, Midwest Recovery Center’s Toledo campus is focused on supporting individuals in the local community who are working to overcome substance abuse. Away from the pressures of everyday life, clients can focus on recovery through our substance abuse treatment options. The approach is designed to promote progress in mind, body, and spirit. Because of this, the program includes physical activity and multiple wellness experiences, such as yoga and structured exercise, along with access to chiropractic care, massage therapy, nutrition education, and recreational therapy.

Gender-Specific Treatment Midwest Recover provides both inpatient and outpatient services, including targeted programs tailored for men and women. These gender-specific options are intended to recognize and support the distinct psychological and emotional challenges that can affect each group. Midwest Recovery PHP and IOP, along with outpatient care, include treatments such as group therapy, individual counseling, family therapy, and medical support. Therapeutic services may include dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), and trauma-focused therapy. Midwest Recovery also offers services for adolescents and young adults. For clients who want to keep building momentum after treatment, recovery housing is available, along with career guidance and additional community treatment meetings.

A Bright, Supportive Setting Midwest Recovery provides a warm and welcoming environment for clients. The campus includes dedicated group therapy rooms, separate areas for smaller groups and individual sessions, and spaces specifically for exercise and wellness activities. Clients may take part in group fitness sessions, receive massage therapy, plan meals as part of wellness programming, and attend chiropractic appointments. Midwest Recovery Center is Joint Commission accredited and works with both private and public insurance.
