Located on East Broad Street, AppleGate Recovery Elyria offers a secure, encouraging setting for people working toward recovery from opioid addiction. The center serves Elyria and surrounding areas including Lorain, Avon, North Ridgeville, and Sheffield. To fit different schedules, AppleGate Recovery Elyria holds hours Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturday visits are available by appointment.
AppleGate Recovery Elyria supports recovery through a well-rounded model that brings together medication-assisted treatment (MAT), counseling, and case management. Care is tailored to each patient’s needs, using FDA-approved medications such as Suboxone and buprenorphine to help ease withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings. Ongoing counseling offers emotional guidance and support, while case managers help coordinate access to important local services that reinforce progress over time.
Through Ohio’s Project DAWN network, AppleGate Recovery Elyria also focuses on overdose prevention. The clinic provides free naloxone and fentanyl test strips to help the community stay safer. With a compassionate, patient-focused approach, the center delivers discreet, evidence-based care in a confidential environment.
