About WellBrook Recovery Ohio

WellBrook Recovery - Ohio is a residential rehabilitation facility for men located just outside Cleveland, Ohio. The center offers several treatment tracks designed to support clients at different stages, with a small capacity of only 9 men at a time to ensure more individualized attention. WellBrook combines evidence-based approaches with holistic options, along with specialized programming to respond to different recovery needs.

The continuum of care includes detox, residential treatment, day treatment (partial hospitalization), and intensive outpatient services. In the residential program, clients receive 3 hours of one-on-one therapy and 30 hours of group sessions each week. The day treatment option runs 6 days a week for 5 hours per day, while the intensive outpatient program includes 10 hours of combined individual and group therapy weekly. During detox, clients receive medical oversight and support. Case managers develop aftercare plans that help clients select appropriate outpatient services and arrange sober living when needed. The center also maintains an alumni program to help participants stay engaged and connected after treatment.

Throughout the process, clients participate in both individual and group work with the clinical team. On-site staff includes licensed therapists, life coaches, addiction counselors, a nutritionist, a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and a clinical director. Programming involves one-on-one counseling, group therapy, and family therapy. Clinicians may draw from multiple modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement therapy (EMDR), and neurofeedback. In addition, WellBrook supports more holistic practices including nature-based activities, art therapy, and Reiki to create a well-rounded treatment plan.

WellBrook Recovery - Ohio also emphasizes a calm, comfortable setting for healing and wellness. The 3,000-square-foot home sits on 7.5 acres of outdoor green space. Men share bedrooms and can use indoor recreation areas, including access to a ping pong table. The outdoor grounds include walking paths, a fire pit, a basketball hoop, and a spacious porch. Meals are prepared by a chef, and the kitchen is stocked for daily needs. Because the program remains small, clients can also take part in frequent outings and off-site activities.
