About Murray Fork Clinic
The rehabilitation center offers care for a variety of mental health and substance use disorders, such as attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADD/ADHD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and depression. It is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and on Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, providing outpatient treatment in a safe, encouraging clinical environment.
At intake, every client receives a comprehensive psychiatric assessment, which informs an individualized care plan. The program includes general psychiatry, medication management, and addiction services that may involve suboxone or subutex. Whether the focus is recovery from alcohol or benzodiazepine use or support for more complex psychological concerns, treatment is aimed at supporting sustained recovery and strengthening overall emotional well-being.
