About Fayetteville Treatment Center
New Season Treatment Center is an outpatient facility designed to help people struggling with opioid dependence. Using a team of addiction professionals and counselors, the center creates individualized treatment plans delivered through its outpatient services. Care is provided to clients in Fayetteville as well as nearby communities including Eastover, Clement, Wady, Cedar Creek, Autryville, Hope Mills, and Spring Lake.
New Season Treatment Center also provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Options include methadone, buprenorphine, Narcan, and Suboxone, each provided with medical oversight to support a secure and encouraging setting during withdrawal. The MAT approach targets opioid dependency involving both prescription and non-prescription substances such as codeine, morphine, hydrocodone, oxycodone, heroin, and fentanyl. Alongside MAT, clients take part in individual, group, and family counseling to better understand their addiction. The center additionally offers medical assessments, referrals, take-home support, and continued outpatient treatment to help maintain long-term recovery.
Services at New Season are offered Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Hours on Saturdays run from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM, and on holidays from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Nearby bus stops are within walking distance, which helps make accessing treatment more convenient.
