About Sundram Manor

Caz Recovery Sundram Manor is a residential recovery center designed for adult men dealing with substance use disorders and related co-occurring conditions. Situated close to downtown Niagara Falls, it can accommodate up to 17 residents and supports successful reentry into everyday life by linking people to outpatient mental health and addiction services, as well as primary and specialty medical care, and educational or vocational resources. The program focuses on men who are dependent on drugs or alcohol and who are currently experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless.

At Caz Recovery Sundram Manor, staff work with each client to identify personal recovery objectives and the specific type of support needed. Program stays can range from several weeks to a few months or more, depending on the individual treatment plan. Beyond reintegration, residents take part in both individual and group therapy and receive care that is holistic and informed by trauma. The center also provides practical training in daily living skills, case management, and relapse prevention planning, helping participants build self-reliance and confidence through a self-help approach.

Sundram Manor provides semi-private rooms, meals on-site, and a recreational area where structured group activities take place. The location is easily accessible via a main bus route, and alternate transportation may be available. The reintegration program is certified by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports, and it is supervised by the Niagara County Department of Mental Health.
