About Concord Metro Treatment Center
In Concord, New Hampshire, New Season Treatment Center provides outpatient care for people struggling with opioid addiction. A team of addiction specialists and counselors develops individualized treatment plans that combine intensive outpatient programming (IOP) with regular outpatient services.
The intensive outpatient program (IOP) is designed to deliver structured, full-scope support while allowing participants to live outside a residential setting. Depending on clinical needs, treatment may include medication-assisted therapies (MAT) such as methadone, buprenorphine, and Suboxone, provided under medical supervision to help clients feel secure during detox and transition. These MAT options can be used for both prescription and non-prescription opioids, including codeine, morphine, hydrocodone, oxycodone, heroin, and fentanyl. Clients attend a mix of individual counseling, group sessions, and family counseling to better understand the roots of addiction. The program also includes medical assessments, referrals, and continued outpatient support aimed at long-term recovery.
New Season is open Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 2 PM, and on weekends and holidays from 6 AM to 9 AM. The center works with most major insurance plans, and staff help clients review and choose the options available to them. Situated in Concord, the state’s capital, the facility is conveniently reached via Interstate 93.
