About Silver State Adolescent and
Silver State Adolescent Treatment Center is a residential program created to help adolescents work toward improved mental and emotional health. The center uses a caring, evidence-informed approach and focuses on providing each teen with personalized support.
Silver State offers structured residential treatment for youth ages 11–17 who are dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and oppositional behaviors. Services are designed to meet the needs of every adolescent through professional clinical treatment, hands-on and experiential activities, family involvement, and a strengths-based academic component so teens can stay on track.
In Las Vegas, the center provides shared bedrooms with comfortable accommodations. Residents have access to activities and spaces such as a pickleball and basketball court, recreation rooms, and work areas equipped with computers and art supplies. The program typically lasts from 30 to 90 days, depending on the individual needs of each teen.
