About Siena Francis House Miracles Treatment

Siena Francis House supports individuals facing homelessness, as well as those who may become homeless because of substance use disorders (SUD), by guiding them toward safe, stable housing and recovery. The center provides emergency shelter and offers a residential addiction treatment option that includes access to ongoing care. In addition, it runs supportive housing for people who have previously experienced homelessness. For veterans experiencing homelessness, priority placement in services is available. The Miracles Addiction Treatment & Recovery Program provides adults with free, residential treatment. The program follows a person-centered, trauma-informed model and incorporates 12-Step principles. Participants receive both one-on-one and group counseling. Programming also includes vocational training, with topics such as grief recovery, anger management, relapse prevention, and support related to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Residents stay in a shared, highly structured facility with 80 beds and transition-ready housing options. Through supervised responsibilities such as food service and housekeeping, participants develop work readiness skills. The program includes meals, clothing, and access to medical and mental health services on site. Case managers assist with housing planning during and after treatment and help residents reach community supports to maintain stability after the program ends.
